Server error 500 during instalation

My Mautic version is: 3.3.3
My PHP version is: 7.4
My Database type and version is: MariaDB 10.5

Your problem
My problem is: I have filled in all the database fields correctly, and when trying to go to the next step, I get a 500 server error. What could this be caused? It seems I’m doing everything right and the server is working fine.

These errors are showing in the log: 500 Internal Server Error

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

  • older version of database
  • change password of database
  • change database driver
  • change location of mautic folder on FTP
