These errors are showing in the installer :
Clearing Application Cache it is getting stuck at this step for last 45 min
These errors are showing in the Mautic log :
mautic is now giving 500 server error

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
I updated from the notification i got.
I see the Mautic login box.
If you are still getting 500 error, try manually clearing out Mautic cache folder.
i am able to see but one more user or team member is saying he is getting 500 error
It is impossible to troubleshoot like this 
Plz give more info.

How did you resolve this?
Check if you have a vendor folder.
I was able to install by deleting the folder and ruithe command again.
