Site can't be reached after installation

I have installed the mautic on http://email.mindchemist.com/mautic via Softaculous App Installer.

After installation is completed I have clicked on the login link but the MAUTIC login didn’t appear.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

Sounds like you are using cpanel… you sure you have a DNS record for the subdomain “email” in cPanel?

Sorry I haven’t used cPanel in a few years, bloated resource hog. But it looks like that subdomain doesn’t exist…
