SMTP configuration failed

Hi,

I’m Luca from Milan, Italy.

I am having difficulty configuring the email in Mautic. This is the message that appears when i do the ‘Connection Test’:



‘Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username “luca@comprooromilano.info” using 2 possible authenticators

I tried to change the SMTP, but doesn’t work.

I’m using Siteground server.

Can you help me?
