Software Freedom Day is an event held all across the world to celebrate the usage of Free and Open Source Software. The event aims to sensitize students about the virtues of Open Source Software. Each year the event has seen a growing number of participants and our past speakers have come from prestigious software companies like Facebook, Microsoft, and Google. The aim of SFD is to bring together developers and students of all levels on a single platform to share their thoughts, ideas, and inspirations. This year, the Programming Club of UIET brings to you the 12th Edition of Software Freedom Day. This year the event is being held virtually over Two days - September 18-19 and the registration is absolutely Free of Cost.
