Tag condition in campaign, are they "or" or "and"?

Sorry for the weird title.

When I’m building a campaing and I select a condition based on tags, I can add many tags. But are they ‘or’ condition, meaning “tagX” or “tagY”? Or are they ‘and’ conditions which changes everything?

In general, putting multiple tags or select values into an input creates an “OR” in Mautic. You’d have to experiment to know for sure, but that’s the general pattern.
