You might have read the exciting news on our social media about the Certification Project:
We have an opportunity for community members to get involved with this project as volunteers in the following areas which I’d like to draw your attention to:
Technical reviewers: If you’ve implemented Mautic in real-world scenarios, customised plugins, managed integrations, built campaigns, or optimised contact segmentation, your input can ensure our materials reflect authentic use cases and technical precision. Reviewers will help validate that questions are fair, technically accurate, and free of ambiguity.
Community advocates: You’ll play a key role in driving awareness about the certification, encouraging adoption, and relaying feedback from your networks. Whether through webinars, user groups, or one-on-one outreach, advocates will be instrumental in making this certification a trusted standard across global Mautic communities.
Whether you’re an experienced Mautic developer/integrator/marketer, agency leader, or passionate community member, your input can shape a certification program that benefits everyone.
The plus side of being a committed volunteer on this project, is that if you’re a technical reviewer you’ll be one of the first people to actually take the exams and become certified, achieving the shiny new badges and certificates we’re designing!
Here’s where to sign up to register interest in joining the working group.
We’re aiming for 5-10 people for each certification track (marketer, implementor, developer) to become technical reviewers, and we want that to be as geographically diverse as possible so please share this within your networks so that we can reach out into our wider global community.
