Everytime, I update to new version, I ran into this issue: The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.

Can please help what should I do to prevent same issue occurring.

Have you done the following:

  1. cleared the cache. rm -rf /var/www/mautic/var/cache
  2. chown -R www-data:www-data /var/www/mautic

do you have ssh access to your server ? or is it a hosted server ?

it is on a hosted servee

Delete all of the contents inside the cache folder - Don’t delete the cache folder itself
