Track customer email replies?

Hi, if a customer replies to one of the emails sent from within Mautic.com, is there a way to include that email reply in the Lead’s timeline?

Hi, if a customer replies to one of the emails sent from within Mautic.com, is there a way to include that email reply in the Lead’s timeline?

There is a way to monitor the mailbox in customer replies. I tested it and could see the reply to an email as an event in the customer record.

But I haven’t found were in Mautic the text of that response is tracked. Anyone?
