Can we track the sources of leads in Mautic?
For Eg: I have placed different forms on different web pages, now i want to track the sources of leads. How do i do that?
Currently i am uble to track only the form id as shown in the below image.

I want to track them differently based on which form they submit.
So each form can have a hidden field with the value set to the tag that you want each contact tagged with. You can then use a campaign to receive all of these form submissions and tag each person with the form that they submitted. You can then build segments based on the tags.
Yes, you could just add contacts to segments based on the form they submitted skipping the tagging step but if they are ever removed from that segment then there would be no way to get them segmented back out. A value that is on the contact record itself ensures that this info is tracked and sticks to the contact unless it’s specifically removed.
