There should be an update notice in the notifications area. You can click on that to get the update started.
Not dissing Mautic, but if you are not that technical, you should hold off. I am technical, did the update, then had to manually do a bunch of things. Also you need to make sure you have a backup.
Or just live on the wild side an click update.
I backed up my database and clicked the notifications icon from the welcome screen, clicked update and tada…everything works.
