Dear everyone in the community.
Am enjoying mautic and I think it is awesome.
But having some issues with the email function.
I am trying to upload a csv file with contact information to a contact segment.
I have created a new “contact segment”.
I click on button that says “no contacts” under the “# contacts” collum. (excuse me if the English is a bit different since I set it up in Japanese.)
In the new screen I click the downward triangle on the right-top of the screen to choose “Import”
I choose a file and voila! it is imported… but not under the “contact segment”
Wondering how to upload contact information that can be linked to “contact segment”
