The viewpixel.gif is a gif, i think this file is the one who keeps track of open emails or viewed focus…

The emails are tracked by the tracking pixel attached to the emails. If you open your email’s source you might find something like this:

If you load this image in your web browser, (In this case using this web address: https://mautic.mywebsite.com/email/632dc6c71bc8e110411075.gif) a 1x1 pixel size tracking image should appear. Unless you have pixel sharp vision, you won’t see it, but if you don’t get an error, then it’s there, so all working good.

I checked another previous installation of mautic and I can access the indicated resource.
In my server logs I do not find any related error.

Could be a server setting. It works for me.
