My problem is: My problem that I would like to know who cancelled the newsletter subscription, because I want to delete contacts that are inactive. But I don’t know where to find it and if this is even possible.
These errors are showing in the log: It’s not an error, I am the problem…
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I looked in the segment and campaign section, but I didn’t find anything…
This video tutorial on YouTube explains everything about newsletters, including unsubscribing, when you watch the video the contact segments show no contacts that is the section you would see people who unsubscribed and you click on the section that is contacted, and then you would see who unsubscribed.
There is also another forum post that deals with unsubscribe not much has changed for this.
