Zapier authentication failed

Hi Mautic’ers!

I have been trying to connect to my mautic account through zapier, I have followed all the steps in the documentation (Auth enabled, cleared cached, schema, etc). I can’t connect to my account.

I still get:

authentication failed: Basic Auth disabled. You need to enable HTTP basic auth in the API settings page of your Mautic account.

Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

It only says:
authentication failed: Basic Auth disabled. You need to enable HTTP basic auth in the API settings page of your Mautic account.

Let me try the other browsers per your suggestion.

Woohoo! it works! The issue was with one of the folders permissions, it wasn’t able to write on it. I don’t know which folder exactly, I asked an engineer to look at it.
