Everything works fine until I set up monitored inbox settings; What’s strange it used to work fine, but now it isn’t
Case #1
- Other SMTP sserver:
Email address to send mail from: zzz@mysite.online
Username for the selected mail service: zzz@mysite.online
SMTP Port 465
SSL
Test connection _> OK
Ssend test email → OK
Case #2
- Other SMTP sserver:
Email address to send mail from: zzz@mysite.online
Username for the selected mail service: zzz@mysite.online
SMTP Port 465
SSL
Monitored address : zzz@mysite.online
IMAP username: zzz@mysite.online
Port 993
SSL
IMAP server xxx
Test connection and fetch folders→ OK
Test connection → OK
Send test email: Expected response code 250 but got code “553”, with message "553 5.7.1 Sender address rejected: not owned by auth user
I have no idea what’s going on and why it has started happening.
Any idea how to fix it?
