I have a campaign with an "open email " action that adds points and does some other stuff. Connected to the red bulb is an action that triggers a followup email if no action (email not opened) occurs after a certain period of time.
PROBLEM: If the email is opened, it triggers all of the actions connected including the “non-action”. Is this a bug, or am I understanding this incorrectly?
I’ve tested this with several contacts and get the same result.
Hi, I’m having a very similar issue. The “non-action” works as I send out the first email and the non action should work in 2/3 days. https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/4611-timed-actions-not-working
I suppose it’s a bug.
Are you using the cloud version or a hosted one?
