Are Point Actions bugged?

I can’t get Point Actions to do anything.



I have 2 Point Actions created and published.

  1. Add points when email is sent.
  2. Add points when email is opened.



    I created a test contact (with 1 of my emails).

    I sent multiple emails, opened them, and waited for the cron jobs to run twice.



    Results

    No change to points

    System no longer registers that the emails were opened.



    Is this a known bug? I can’t find reference to it anywhere.

A little more information

After turning off the Point Actions targeting email Opens, the system generated a bunch of points for a campaign.

But the points were only for campaign emails.

Is there a way to assign points for individually sent emails?
