My campaigns do not work :/

Mautic don’t send the e-mail and don’t no why! (but I can send e-mails through the system.)



I already set the cron tasks.

But I opened my e-mail and my points don’t count, why? :frowning:

Hi, can you confirm the cron jobs are being triggered? You can also try to execute the commands manually via command line if you have ssh access. From your image I guess (don’t understand the labels) that points are added after the email is opened. Can you confirm that the email open action was triggered in the lead detail?

Yes, the e-mail was sent and I read the email, but Mautic doesn’t shows and don’t give me the points :confused:

Can you check your email client loads images automatically? Some email clients show up a button which downloads the images.

Mautic track emails with Tracking Pixel image. If that image is not loaded by email client, Mautic doesn’t know the email was opened.

Problem solved, because a bad config in my .htaccess some URLs sent to a 404 page. Fixed the .htaccess all returned to normal :slight_smile:
