Your problem
My problem is:
I created a form that has firled [ Add field based on selected value] this form “functions” when I test it in Mautic. However since I can NOT get landing pages to work I pasted this form into my website. Howeve the firelds values don’t work to open up other option on my website. I paste the HTML into the site.
Please advise
These errors are showing in the log: Error log is empty
