Form : "add field based on selected value" missing to create conditions

In Mautic v4.0.1, PHP Version 7.4.19, Database 10.5.15-MariaDB-log,

There isn’t “add field based on selected value” like this screenshot :

Any idea ? I’m kinda stuck without this option, May have to resign to do a Google Form instead :neutral_face:

Hello @zwf,

I suggest you update Mautic to its latest version.
You will get the functionality to appear.

Once this is done, can you please confirm that it works for you?
