At this moment (up to Mautic 2.4) emails are only being tracked when the images in it are downloaded. Many people don’t do this, so statistics on opening rates turn out much lower than expected. It should be possible to do this, since Mailchimp is able to track all opened emails. Can this be changed in a next version?
Furthermore I can segment on ‘Email opened’ or ‘Email bounced’ for a specific email, but not on ‘Email sent’. It would be useful to have this field for the case where sending mails to a segment was interupted.
Similarly it would be great to be able to filter on ‘Email failed’.
