Open Email Tracking Issues

High everyone,



We are currently having issues with email open tracking in Mautic. If we make the email and send it by segment tracking works fine. If we make a clone of the email and change it to use in the campaign builder than the tracking does not work. If we click on the contact in this campaign its says the following: Email probably had not been read yet.



Any ideas.

Hi Marshall,

Did you see an improvements on this? I’m seeing inconsistency on segment emails as well.
We are using SendGrid and if we compare the open (reads), mautic is losing about 20% of the opens/reads.
Situation with unique clicks is even worse: more than 50% of the clicks were not tracked.

Where you install mautic ?

Have you set up cron jobs ?

What does error log says? Have you checked ?
