Recently (since 1.2 updated?) most, if not all, of our leads come from the same IP range.
When examining these leads, it is clear that these are probably multiple users.
This is with the Hosted version of Mautic. These IP's are too similar to each other. Only change to the tracking pixel has been to add tagging:

Typically questions like this should be posted in the mautic.com support platform. Just for reference though, there was an issue identified that caused the behavior you saw with the IP addresses that has been fixed.
Thanks, didn’t know if it was a 1.2 issue or just an issue with the mautic.com to address via their channels.
