Please have a look here

@vln104 the link only talks about the kiosk form mode as a way to not use IP addresses to merge leads, when a form (with kiosk mode enabled) is filled.
What I found most annoying is that mautic automatically merges lead information even when unique lead fields are present. Suppose there is lead A with email a@lead.com and lead B with email b@lead.com. And that I have a landing page that uses pixel tracking (mtracking.gif) to capture some relevant lead information in a way that email is used to identify leads (e.g. http://<mautic.domain>/mtracking.gif?email=lead@email&=).
If both leads access this landing page with the same IP address (e.g. leads access from the same office space/router) and tracking pixel is called as I suggested in my example; then Mautic will merge lead A with B - which is something it shouldn’t do.
Anyone knows a way to disable IP merge in this case (via tracking pixel, or disable IP merge at all)?
Thanks in advance.
Apparently there is a thread that is dedicated to the case that I previously reported: https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/891-using-mautic-in-mobile-app/p1
Hi @vascoas, it just clicked that you are not using Mautic forms to capture the lead details. I haven’t used the tracking pixel to track pages elsewhere so couldn’t share any experience with you. Hopefully someone else will help.
