We have IP, cookie, form filled, and link from mautic by email…



a lot of users in the same ip filling forms for others (entrance tickets etc) make to me some confusion…

You have the idea. Mautic uses IP, cookie, email (or other field marked as unique) to merge leads. IP should be less important, email should be the main unique key. Although there were discussions that people have more email addresses.

If you use a form for many different leads to fill in from one device, turn on the kiosk mode for that form. That’s what it’s for. It will ignore IP and cookie and create a new lead from each submission.
