Amazon ses+api Unable to send emails via "ses" as the bridge is not installed

My Mautic version is: 5.0.4
My PHP version is: 8.1.27

Your problem
My problem is:

I installed amazon mailer with composer:

I cleared the cache, but still end up with the message saying "Unable to send emails via “ses” as the bridge is not installed; try running “composer require symfony/amazon-mailer”.

Could somebody point me to what to try next?
