Broken link error ....

Sirs, good afternoon…

In some emails I still noticed the old broken link error …

Any solution for this error ???

No. Am new to Mautic and I downloaded the latest version during setup

Thanks for your response.

Am on shared host

PHP version is 5.6

Mautic version is 2.5.1

Here is the content of the screenshot:

" Uh oh! I think I broke it. If I do it again, please report me to the system administrator!
500 Internal Server Error"

Someone should respond to this pls. I have the same issue

All my subscribers experienced broken link. Am not the only one

@MxyzptlkFishStix
See well . . . . . . .

I’ve been fighting with this mistake for a while …

I have not been here for a few days now in my installation … Now I came here and read what you mentioned … and to my amazement I sent a test to the mail tester and see what gave that first email in mode code:

And now in this second in theme mode:

This time both of them worked out …
More a few days ago the same two emails indicated a broken link …

If this persists, should only clear the cache should resolve?
Is there another way to clear the cache?
I usually use CTRL + F5 …

My installation is also PHP 5.6, clean installation and mautic is 2.5.1 …

Just this friend folder ???

Thanks so much everyone. I will try it out and get back

Have tried it out but it is still the same. Any other suggestion pls ?

I finally got the solution. Here is it:

Goto mautic configuration and modify your site url.

In my own case, I removed the www. and it works perfectly.
