Hello,



We have recently setup mautic. Currently we have faced some strange issues as per below.



When customer received any newsletter from mautic, they will not able to open any links from newsletter. When they click on newsletter links, it will show “This page isn’t working” and HTTP ERROR 500. But after clear the cache, it will work fine. So can anyone have idea about it. We must need to clear cache every time.

Mautic not installed properly.

  1. Check error log > update PHP or talk to hosting provider.

  2. Clear cache .Properly

  3. Update schema. Properly

and get resolved all the way.
