Bug Alert: Company Name Won't Stick

I am on self-hosted Mautic V2.2.1



When manually creating a contact, everything else works except for Company name. As soon as I hit “apply”, the company name would disappear from the field.

Has anybody else experienced this? Is there a fix?

Nobody else has this problem? I see a few other complaints on this forum about not being able to add or edit company names, this does not look like an isolated issue.
