My problem is:
I can’t edit emails in Builder

and I cant add email liste

A bunch of things is probably not loading due to changed configuration, check browser and server mautic logs under <mautic-root>/var/logs.

Maybe we get some clues as to what specifically is not loading.

Check your error log just to make sure that there is no errors. If you believe it is a Mautic bug please report in on Github.

Can you check the error log in the browser console?

e.g. for Chrome:

Console features reference  |  Chrome DevTools  |  Chrome...

I suspect some red error messages saying something like: Files not found
