Campaign completely inactive

Hello,

I’m trying to setup a campaign of sending mail automatically, but all efforts have almost no effect

I’ve tested and my campaign does not send mail as set script

Maybe I did something wrong?

Do the cron jobs have some kind of log so you could see the output? Or can you execute the commands via SSH to see the output?

I will give you an account login to my server supports up to consider this issue?
If possible, I would be happy …

I’d rather not. It’s beyond support I want to provide in this forum. Maybe ask your hosting provider if he could check that for you.

Please see the screen shot above and let me know the details error?

I think I would try the following:

  • Run the cron jobs, especially the campaign update and trigger on the command line and see if it actually works
  • Check the campaigns and see if the leads are put in it.
  • Click on the leads and see if there has been a send email event registered for them
  • Try sending a test email to check your mail server settings are correct.
  • Check your spam folder!

I hope you’ll find the error somewhere along the above steps.

thanks
