Campaign Condition Value Bug

My Mautic version is: 4.4.x
My PHP version is: 7.4

Inside a campaign on a custom field when setting a condition and using equal the only value I get is a drop down of 0

I remember there is a patch out for this already but cannot seem to find it. In the example above this is a text area that I would like to use the operator like or contains.

Any help or someone can point me to the patch.

0 value is showing because in all the contacts for this field, only 0 value or no value synced , if there will be any other value synced, then it will be show here too.

And it’s based on field, if field type is select, then text area field will not coming in.
