We’ve recently started using Mautic and installed it in our own hosting. Before Mautic, we have already a mailing list. However upon testing a test campaign, Mautic is unable to send emails to the test list we created.
We tried sending a test email from email settings and it worked fine. Perhaps we missed something out in setting up the campaign? We seem to be the only ones having this problem.
