I created a campaign starting from segment ‘Anonymous visitors’ (segment filter: email not known).
When they visit the website, they should see a focus item that I created. But the problem is that contacts also see the focus item appearing.
Anybody knows why this is happening? I thought of depublishing the focus item. But then the campaign won’t work I think?
