Campaign not Firing

I use ThriveThemes to build my Landing page and connect to Mautic via the API. My form works fine and puts my lead into Mautic. The problem is I have a campaign that is supposed to send an email immediately. For some reason the email is not getting fired off. I look in the Campaign and it shows that the contact is there.

Any ideas?

Do you have all necessary cron jobs configured?
