My idea is: Allow us to trigger a campaign when a tag is removed/added from a contact
I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea: Users, Marketers, Customer Service
Why I think they would benefit from this idea: Creating segments for users based on tag, just to initiate campaigns, clutters the segments section of Mautic. Many segments are only temporary segments, and waste space if we keep creating them. Firing campaigns based on tag removals or additions allows us to quickly merge segments or groups of segmented users into a single campaign, without the need to create multiple/unified segments (that may not even be needed) to manage the contacts.
