Campaign Stats Discrepancy: Open , Click Contacts and Bounced Counts Mismatch

My Mautic version is: 5.0.3
My PHP version is: 8.1

My problem is:

  • Triggered a campaign with 10 contacts.

  • 5 contacts bounced, but campaign stats show 0 bounced contacts.

  • Other contacts received and opened emails, but label displays 0 count. (checked in channels → emails )

  • Upon clicking the label, it reveals 2 contacts opened.

  • Clicking on a link within the email also shows 0 count.

Seeking assistance on how to fix this issue.

I encounter exactly the same. Did you find a solution?

Bounces shown here depend mostly on how the feedback loop is tied in.
If the feeback loop is notified about the id of the email which bounces, then you can see it here. If not, then just a generic bounce information is added to the contact.
