campaigns not sending mails

Hi i’ve implemented Mautic for my start-up and it’s almost working perfectly. Yet i’ve some problems with my campaigns : they don’t start !



This is what i have done :

  • creating a new campaign : lead source is a list named “A” ; linked it to an email i have already created (sent when triggered)

    -Then adding leads to the list A.



    I thought that it would send automatically the email to each lead, but nothing goes out



    Notes :

    All my emails and campaigns are published

    the email contains just a single sentence

    Other emails ( list and personals emails are sent )





    Would you have any of where this comes from ?
