Updating/Installing Errors

Your problem
My problem is : the campaign are not working, when i published the campaign it say " No Contacts Found. Seems there are none! Try changing a filter if applicable."

Not sure what the problem is as i have uploaded all the contacts and prepared the workflow

yes, my developer has prepared the cron jobs as well

Well, What happens if you run the cron commands manually via ssh?

Hi! I have the exact same issue. I ran the cron commands manually but nothing has changed.

What is your output from cron commands?

  1. do you see campaigns being processed?
  2. no output?
  3. you see an error?

Its working perfectly now…

Campaigns are working.

Now, i want to understand how to stop the campaign in the middle while sending emails. because i tried to unpublish the campaign but the emails keep on sending it until the list cleared.

Also, let me know how to use mergetags,personalised emails for name, company name etc…??

I don’t see the campaigns getting processes or updated. Also, there are no errors in the log.
