Can Email Work and Email Home be also used for mailing?

Hi All,

I am a new newbie and still discovering few features of Mautic and how they work.

Mautic Version: 2.16.2

I am wondering if the Email Work and Email Home fields in the Contact data are only for record or can they be used to send emails to the contact from Mautic. For sending emails to all three types of email addresses do I need to create separate Contacts with each email address?
