Hi all, am having a trouble in email. I cannot send it and I don’t know why. Maybe you have a suggestion things to do so I can send my email to my contact list.

Mautic have two types of email

Template Email This is the email you use to build a campaign or workflow. (these are automated)

Segment Email These are the email you send to a Segment (or list). These are the type of email you will use to send for sample a new blog post or some communication to a specific segment.
