I use Mautic free, when I create an email it does not show the option to select the contacts for sending, nor when I create the campaign does not appear the name of the list of contacts to add, someone knows how to solve

You don’t select contacts, you select segments…

So that’s exactly it does not give the option to select the segment
this option does not appear for sending emails or campaigns

I don’t understand “this option does not appear”.

When you are planning to send an email to a segment, you do the following:

  1. Create a segment with the filters you want to use (or add contacts manually to the segment)
  2. Create an standalone email (channel), design it and add placeholders if applicable
  3. Create a campaign, add the segment as source and the email as action

An alternative would be using a segment email:

  1. Create the segment
  2. Create a segment email and connect the segment with it
