Cannot save "Password for the selected mail service"

Hi, I’m been trying to solve this problem via searching the forum but failed. Does anyone here can help me on this issue?

I attached 2 screen shot here for your reference

First : You can see everything is running fine. Then I clicked 'Save & Close"

Then when i check again, the password is gone.

My webhosting already enable all the ports (25, 465 or 587) for Amazon SES, i only can connect to Amazon SES via “other SMTP Server”

I misunderstood … your password has been saved … don’t worry … you may proceed , just check test connection … it would work

@keong118 I have the same problem :sweat:, did you found a solution ?

The pasword is not shown by design, but it is saved and the service will work
