Cannot send email

Hi,

I am trying to use Mandrill to send email from my mautic. API is added and connection is verified. But sending test mail throws error.

“Mandrill error Log data: << Invalid API key !! Mandrill error (code: 0)<< Invalid API key”

Any help is highly appreciated.

Hi there,

I’m having exactly the same issue and same error message.
Mandrill’s API Logs are not showing any error, it seems Mautic is just trying to post to users/ping.json then … nothing :confused:

My sending domain is valid, I tried 3 different API keys without IP restriction, tried to use the SMTP username, the account’s email, the user_id returned by the API, clearing the cache in each step…

I’m now using the “Other SMTP” configuration with Mandrill’s SMTP settings, which are working fine, but I’d like to be able to use Mandrill API capabilities.

Any help available to tackle this one?
