Channels > Focus Items: Mautic is not able to take the screenshot of the target website

My Mautic version is: 2.16.0
My PHP version is: 7.2.24-0ubuntu0.18.04.3

Problem

I’m trying to create a new focus item.

However, Mautic is not able to take the screenshot of the target website.

It doesn’t show any error nor logs anything in the logs (Settings > System Info > logs, but also nothing in error.log).

Any ideas about which could be the problem?

This is because the screenshot API service used to run on mautic.com and was deprecated, so far as I understand it. There is a Github issue here:
