Focus Item: grab website snapshot not working

Firstly, I apologize, i have seen this problem on other forums and it has not been answered. I can not find anything like it on this forum.

Secondly, its not that big of a deal but i’m curious to get it working correctly.

My Mautic version is: 2.15.3
My PHP version is: 7.2

Your problem
My problem is:
I am trying to create a new focus item. I entered my website for Mautic to grab a screenshot of my website. The preview is not getting displayed.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to Channels > Focus
  2. Click New
  3. Go to Builder
  4. Enter URL, Click Fetch

These errors are showing in the log:
No errors, it just asks you to enter the website URL again
