Hello everyone, I’m having a problem with filling out the form and linking the information filled in with the user’s profile, specifically with the checkbox group in the custom field “data type”.
In this case, I have a form with the option of “checkbox group” in 4 steps to create checkboxes, I think it is much better than the selection list (and way easier for mobile users).
But I can’t assign this checkbox group to a contact field when I do my test with this form.
I tried to create custom contact fields and there is no “checkbox group” option in data type, just “select” and “select multiple”, already did a try with, text and others too.
Which option should I link in the custom field “data type” with the “checkbox group” for config so that the information when selected appears in the user’s profile?
Why Mautic give us a “checkbox group” option to create a form block and don’t give us a “checkbox group” as a data type?
