My Mautic version is: 5.1.1
My PHP version is: 8.2.24

My problem is:

When checkbox is mapped with custom boolean field, values ​​of the custom field are always written into the form

used always boolean contact fields (no/yes) mapped with a form checkbox to store if checkbox is checked by contact or not (e.g. newsletter request)
It is not possible in Mautic 5 because the selection “assign to fields list choice” doesn’t work

Did you find another way to get around the problem? Like you, I was planning to create a newsletter checkbox.
