All links in emails that are sent are replaced with trackable URLS (routing via Mautic) before redirecting to target URL… This is how click tracking works.
However in my installation, the tracking URLs are timing out.
When a link is clicked in an email, the browser opens the tracking URL and it sits there until a timeout. It doesn’t perform the final step and redirect to intended URL.
Any idea?
Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I’m having a similar issue, except rather than timing out, the tracking URL redirects to a 404 page.
